The Manfrotto 3229 is basically a 234RC: a low-profile quick release adapter with an up-down tilt function, ideal for monopods or other applications where you don't need a head with full mobility. Head mounting thread is 3/8" to fit most tripods and monopods; includes quick-release plate with 1/4" camera thread. In excellent condition.
